Fernando Hernandez has been a real estate professional for nearly 20 years. His career began in residential and commercial property management. He has a deep understanding of real estate, Income/Investment properties, and 1031 exchanges.

Prior to working as a full time as a Realtor, Mr. Hernandez worked as part of an Acquisitions Team/Business Development and as LA Senior Regional Director, where he handled operations for over 1000 residential units and over 300 commercial units. Other responsibilities of his included acquisitions totaling over $10 Million, property management and leasing efforts for 100,000 SF of office, tenant and buyer representation, and assisting local and institutional office owners with marketing and leasing.
